Student Accounts

POINT OF SALE - PaySchools

  • Any amount of money can be deposited onto a student’s cafeteria account for school meals. 
  • As each purchase is made, the cost of the item is debited from the account balance.
  • If a balance is left on an account at the end of school it will automatically roll over into the next school year.

PLEASE! 

  • Keep money for school meals SEPARATE from other school activity money, such as school fees, library fees, etc.

PREPAY

  • Please take advantage of the option to prepay on your student's accounts.
  • Prepaid accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax and visit with friends.
  • Prepay also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about lunch money every day, worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

 
PAY WITH CASH

  • Cash can always be sent on a daily or weekly basis as needed for your student’s lunch. 

 

PAY WITH CHECK

  • Make check payable to BCS Cafeteria.
  • Include student’s name and telephone number on check.

PAY ONLINE - PaySchools

  • Online payments are simple, safe and secure - 24 hours a day at your convenience.
  • Log onto the Bellefontaine City School website: Look for PaySchools or use the link above.
  • You’ll need your student’s six digit ID number to register and a credit card to make a payment.
  • All students in the home can be handled with one transaction.

 

FREE & REDUCED STUDENTS

  • Free and reduced students use the same ID format as all students with no overt identification.

 
MEAL CHARGES

  • Beginning January 1, 2018, students in excess of three (3) lunch charges will continue to receive complete meals while charges will continue to accumulate on the account.  Account balances are the responsibility of the parents/guardians and will be expected to be paid in full prior to the release of grade cards, schedules, etc...
