BCS Notifications
There are two methods of communication from the BCS Administration.
FinalForms Messages (Building-related News) and Finalsite Messages(Delay & Cancellations)

- Building Principals messages
- Building Updates and event notices
- Can be e-mail or text messages.
Final Forms can also be used for notification via email and text messages ((855-440-1258 & 855-519-2250)

Bellefontaine Mobile App (Push Notifications) - Free for EVERYONE.
- School-wide notifications

FAQs
Do I need to subscribe to get the notifications?
Parent, Student, and staff contact information will be imported directly to the Finalsite Messages system and FinalForms.
Parents/Students information
Parents & students, please use Final Forms to update contact information. Parents must be legal guardians in Final forms with CELL , HOME phone number and/or personal email address for Message XR to automatically create your accounts.
Note: In the event of an individual child's emergency, the school district will contact directly a parent/guardians or emergency contact and not use BCS notification for that parent or emergency contact.
- Emergency medical contact only in Final Forms will NOT automatically be signed up for notifications.
- Phone numbers other than CELL and HOME will not be automatically imported from Final Forms. Example is Mother Cell into FinalSite.
Community Members
What if I want to be contacted by BCS but do not have legal guardian status in Final Form?
Please consider adding the BCS Mobile App to your phone. That way, grandparents, babysitters, community members and businesses can subscribe and be notified. This is a PUSH notification by Superintendent Hall. Please be sure to have your BCS app notifications turned on. Note: by using the app we do NOT need your phone number or email address. If you have the app, notifications on delays and cancellations, etc will be delivered to your phone.
Staff member information
Staff member's contact information will be coming from Efinance (EAC). If you have questions please reach out to Christina Prine at the central office.
Stopping Notifications
- Remove information from FinalForms (wait 24hrs to go into effect) BEST OPTION
- Reply STOP to text messages (SMS messages)
- Block the number above on your mobile devices
- Block or unsubscribe from emails
Reminder: The FinalSite notification system is separate from Final Forms message notifications.
