BHS hosts 54th annual Fine Arts Festival
The arts were on full display at Bellefontaine High School Wednesday night for the annual Fine Arts Festival.
Artwork from students in grades 6-12 filled the atrium near the Distance Learning Center.
Birdhouses, wind spinners, and American flag wall decorations designed by students were also on display.
Attendees then enjoyed a concert in the main gym that featured about 400 middle school and high school students.
The following groups performed:
BMS Combined Orchestra
BMS Combined Choir
6th Grade Band
BHS Jazz Band
7th & 8th Grade Band
BHS Orchestra
BHS Combined Choir
BHS Symphonic Band
Each group combined to play "America the Beautiful" to conclude the concert.
The music educators are Heather Rivon, Ken Hoffman, Brice Henry, Laura Mitchell, and Matthew Dawson.
The art educators are Hannah Rodenhausen and Heidi Heacock.
The engineering and visual communications educators are Shawn Miller, Travis Hunsicker, and Aaron Garver.
Stacy Calton was the master of ceremonies.
