Community Flyers
Flyer Distribution Guidelines for Bellefontaine City Schools
Organizations that wish to share flyers with Bellefontaine City Schools students must first obtain approval through the Superintendent’s Office.
To request approval:

Email your flyer as a PDF attachment to flyers@bcs-k12.org (update with actual email if needed).

Please allow at least 5 business days for the review process.

You will receive a response email notification once your flyer is either approved or declined.
If approved:

The flyer will be posted on the “Parents” page of the Bellefontaine City Schools website.

An email will be sent once a week via School Connects to all students and parents, highlighting newly added flyers and including a direct link to the “Parents” page.
Please note:
Paper flyers are not distributed to students.
