Alumni Spotlight-Ronieka Lynch
In this week's Alumni Spotlight, we're catching up with alumna Ronieka Lynch, class of 2014

What are you doing now?
Hi! I am currently working as a daycare teacher in the infant room. I’m also taking bookkeeping classes and will soon begin working as a tax preparer and bookkeeper. I have two children—Aubree, who is 9 and will turn 10 in February, and Noah, who is 2 and will be 3 in January.
My youngest sibling, Jackson, is in middle school. My brother Jacob just started college at Johnson & Wales University in North Carolina. My 24-year-old brother, Kenyon, made me an aunt for the first time with my nephew Roman. My sister, Samara, blessed me with my first niece, Soraya. I am very proud of my siblings. Between my kids, siblings, niece, and nephew, my life is so full of love! Plus, I get to love all the kiddos at my job as well.
How did BCS prepare you for this role?
BHS always felt like a family to me. The friends I had made school feel like a second home! I also learned so much through the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, and I’ve met so many people who have impacted me over the years.
What is your advice for current Chieftains?
Take every opportunity, stay positive and always push forward️. Your current situation is not your destination! Only God knows!
Who at BCS inspired you?
Mr. Rogan! He was always understanding
What was your favorite memory from your time at BCS?
The dances! I always had so much fun!
What was your favorite meal in the cafeteria?
Probably the taco bar!
