In this week's Alumni Spotlight, we're catching up with alumna Hailie Ball

What are you doing now?

I currently work for AGC as a production associate. Outside of my role as a production associate at AGC, my world revolves around my family.

How did BCS prepare you for this role?

Bellefontaine high school gave me a solid foundation in critical thinking, time management, and communication skills. Those basics have been essential in navigating the challenges and opportunities l have encountered since.

What is your advice for current Chieftains?

Push your boundaries and tackle challenges head-on. Make the most of every high school experience, because time really does speed up!

Who at BCS inspired you?

During my high school years, I was fortunate enough to have a teacher who truly made a difference. Mr. Caudill, my sophomore year English teacher, had a remarkable ability to connect with his students on a personal level. He recognized my struggles with self-doubt and constantly encouraged me to push beyond my comfort zone. Whether it was through his thoughtful feedback on my essays or his unwavering belief in my potential, Mr. Caudill’s guidance helped me develop confidence in my abilities. His classroom was a safe space where I felt comfortable expressing my ideas and taking risks, which ultimately shaped my academic journey and personal growth.

What was your favorite memory from your time at BCS?

Friday night football games! Marching in the band doing the one thing I loved most!

What was your favorite meal in the cafeteria?

Mozzarella Sticks
