Reminder named Tribe Member of the Week

Bellefontaine City Schools is proud to announce its Thursday Tribe Member of the Week.

Jon Reminder is this week’s recipient.

Years of experience: 25 years

Why you love being a Chieftain: I love the strong relationships I’ve built with students and staff during my time at Bellefontaine. I’m fortunate to work alongside an exceptional team and look forward each day to collaborating toward our shared goal of supporting students’ academic success while helping them grow into the best versions of themselves.

Classroom motto or quote to live by: “Popcorn is prepared in the same pot, in the same heat, in the same oil, and yet the kernels do not pop at the same time. Don’t compare yourself to others. Your time to pop is coming!”

What you love doing outside of school: I value time with my family and enjoy staying active through running, pickleball, basketball, and strength training. In my free time, I also enjoy video games and recreational target shooting.
